Having assisted in the management of a family lettings portfolio from a young age, David further developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of Estate Agency/Lettings when he started working for some of the areas leading Agencies.
Following this David started a Property Services company which assists our maintenance department and builds a solid foundation for Trademark Property Management to ensure our landlord’s & tenants are in safe hands.
Day-to-day, David focuses on ensuring the necessary background procedures and systems are in place and enforced to make certain the relationship to both landlord and tenant is maintained to a high standard.
Having graduated from the University of Lincoln with a law degree specialising in Property Law, working within the property sector was always the direction Felicity aspired to explore.
With over eight years of working within a local estate agency managing lettings and property maintenance, Felicity has vast experience of dealing with anything lettings related and strives to achieve a working relationship between landlords and tenants.
She supports Craig on the day-to-day handling of the managed listings, deals with accounts, and ensures legislation is adhered to.
On a weekend she can found out riding her horses, and enjoys a meal out with friends.
